Presentation to seller
I will ensure that your offer gets presented to the seller. I will help you determine your strategy for getting the home you want as inexpensive as possible while advising you as to the pros and cons of each action you take.
Prepare for Transfer of Ownership
I will meet you to walk through the home prior to your taking ownership. I will assist you with any issues that may arise last minute to help you move the process to a successful conclusion.
Attend Closing
I will meet you at the closing and be prepared to support you and be there to advocate for you over any discussions that were had between yourself and the seller. I am always on your side
